The easiest way to use a BJT model in LTSpice (provided it's implemented using a .MODEL statement and not .SUBCKT) is to locate the standard.bjt text file in your LTSpice\lib\cmp folder and just paste it in. If you add the LTSpice-specific Vceo, Icrating and mfg parameters, LTSpice will place this information in the "select bipolar transistor" dialog, which can be convenient.
