Spice Model for Toshiba TTA1943

Hello to all.

I am designing a Class-B power amp, and I will use Toshiba pairs TTC5200/TTA1943 as output transistors. Whereas Toshiba offers a Spice model for the TTC5200, it doesn't for the TTA1943.
Does anyone have Spice models for it, or for both? Should I look for Spice models of 2SC5200/2SA1943 instead?

The TT prefix indicates manufacture in China. I understand that both sources now use the same size dies, so the same current 2SC5200/A1943 models should apply to either marked types. There are also 2SC5200N/A1943N types which refer to TO3P package variants but also use the same dies.

Actually, no, all the transistors I got have JAPAN written on them.

The TT types are mostly the same as the 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 but are cob and hfe selected.
