Hello everyone, this is my first post to the loudspeaker section of diyAudio. has anyone a circuit diagram or details of the crossover used in the bc1.The crossovers in my bc1's have been modified and i am not sure if they are correct. I have been told that there are two types of crossover for the bc1. I think the pair I have are about 1980 and the bass driver has the red magnet . Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Alan

Thanks bambadoo for the information.
I am trying to sort out if the crossover has been wired correctly. I seem to remember reading in the past that the HF1300 is connected reverse phase eg. the positive connection of the HF1300 is connected to ground on the crossover and the negative connection of the HF1300 is connected to the output of the crossover. Do you know if this is the case or am I talking nonsense?
The speakers at the moment sound very open but the midrange seems quite piercing, femail vocals can seem quite shrill . I had another pair of BC1's a while ago and they seemed much smoother.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Alan.
