I am looking for ideas on budget speaker posts for mye DIY-project. I need 8 pairs so I can't get very pricy stuff. I bought Neutrik RCA sockets that look good, but what sort of bindings posts are recommended?
I see there is a lot of Chinese stuff, but I am a bit sceptical..

Dumb choice? I want quality, and Neutrik is supposed to be so.

4mm banana plugs and sockets are cheap, get the shrouded ones. I usually use Multi Contact brand.
Shrouded ones?
Is there really a difference between copper and brass?
Where should one buy the stuff?

If you want quality on a budget for speaker connections I think SpeakOn is the right choice. It is one of the best types - even when compared to very high-prized connectors. Make no mistake regarding the low price - the quality is very good!
There are more benefits to SpeakOn.
The contact resistance can´t almost be lower ~ 5 mOhms
When connected correctly on the cable, and cabinets (amp + speaker) it can´t be mounted in a wrong way (even my mother will be able to connect the speakers correctly 😀 ).
It is a "locked type" and, hence, can not be removed/pulled out from the speaker or amp by accident.
When removing it from the speaker cabinet it can not short-circuit - relatively important to users of power amps which are not short-circuit proof.
I know it will be difficult to use your amp in other systems (when comparing equipment etc.) since only few people in audio (except the PRO-segment) are using them.
Recently I finished building my power amp and I decided to mount both SpeakOn and conventional speaker terminals suited for both spade connections and banana steckers.

I actually ordered Speakon yesterday. Looks really nice and I understand the quality is superb.
Next up is RCA-sockets. Advice appreciated. 🙂

Neutrik is always a good choice, I think:
Phono (RCA) Chassis Connectors - Neutrik
You can try these as well. The cables/wires are mounted by means of a small screw (no soldering) and the mechanical quality is extremely good:
