Speaker cable burn in

If someone is telling you that speaker wire takes improve then please also ask yourself if they are in any way attempting to sell speaker wire, my bet is they are or have bought some at an inflated price and have been told it will take time for it to improve your system, by the time you realise it has done eff all, they are long gone.

Let your ears be the judge.

Otherwise, you can use this simple formula:
t = g * w * l * (Fs / pi)
whereas:
t = time in microseconds
g = wire gauge
w = amplifier power in milliwatts
l = length of speaker cable in mm
Fs = sample freq of digital source in Hz
Where did you pull that "equation" from?
What is the scientific background behind it?
Any peer reviewed papers about it?
What is the supposed burn in effect anyway?

Might be 😱

In which case I suggest mine: play loud 120dB Music (preferably Punk, Drum´n Bass, Free Jazz trumpet solos or Musique Concrête) until your ears ring; consider cable burnt-in after 120 hours of that.

Your ears will DEFINITELY be burnt by then, any cable you use afterwards will share the improvement.

I believe a couple of days in order to oxidate the bare copper.
Copper oxidizes to bright green surface. Easy to spot. Single core transformer wire is lacquered/enameled and will not rust. Otherwise transformers would not last decades.
Multiple brand flexible wires are enclosed in plastic wrap, sealed from air and oxigen. Will not rust unless deffective.
Now open ends, thats a different story...
Keep those soldered to gold plated connector and you are fine.
