Does anybody know of a good source for 3/4" birch plywood that will also saw out the individual pieces for the cabinet (I don't have a table saw or router)? I'm planning on starting my first speaker building project.

Try Windsor Plywood. High quality and will cut it for your. A little more than Home Depot but I find you get what you pay for.

I know home depot does not have this.. they won't cut it either.. they have a big ripping saw which will not help...

Good plywood in Canada
I used to go to Beaver Lumber and they would cut it for approx $.50 per cut. Sometimes it was accurate, and sometimes it wasn't LOL. I don't know if they have Baltic Birch now or not.
Good Luck;

If you don't mind driving to Waterloo, you might try Snider Plywood Specialties, 182 Weber N, 519-885-5850.
I bought 3/4" Baltic birch from Peacock lumber in Oshawa (www.peacocklumber.ca) for $50/sht. for my Altec 604 cabinets. They'll do cuts for $1/cut on a panel saw - accuracy is only ok though, I did 1 cut per 5'x5' panel so I could get it in a car trunk - real cuts where done on a table saw.
