Does anyone know of any other places to buy these? How do those prices compare to what others have paid? Thanks.

You can also try a search on this ebay store. Last time I checked, there were some 6c45 in very good price.

in latin alphabet, it is 6S45P.

"Ð" is a greek letter, passed to the cyrillic alphabet and it stands for the latin "P".

And for sure is not a damn letter.
