This amp is not producing output.I don't see oscillation on the output ICs.
Rail and regulated voltage is there.I think this amp is in mute.
Any suggestions?

Reading the document Perry posted, I highlighted this.
So, RE-CHECK rail and ALL regulated voltages (such as +/-15v for pre amp and VCC)
