I work with that IC on a similar amp with same symptoms and was not able to solve the issue .The supply voltages present .
Input signal doesn't cause any difference on the output terminals.

Only pull them if you think that they're defective.

Hi I think the ic is in shut down I've worked on home theater equipment that uses the irs2053m, which is fairly similar. Would u mind sharing what supply voltage are present .
