Here're some enclosure we made for some customers recently. Not sure if DIYers also need them.
RE2205
Size 226mm x 220mm x 50mm
material: aluminum
finish: brush, hard anodized
thickness: 6mm for frontpanel, 2mm for top, bottom and back. extrusion shape for side, 2 to 3mm thick.
weight: 1.2kg
cutting holes and silkscreen service are avaliable for small batch order.
Just shipped 100 of this modle (with cutout and silkscreen) to a Denmark customer for his DAC before CNY. The customer said it's "VERY VERY good". I think the first VERY (in upper case) is for the quality and the second is for price.

You certainly won't have to look very far for a heat sink.
I also like that RE2205. The only thing I would be concerned about is the strength of the top deck. It doesn't look very thick, thick enough to hold three heavy transformers, but I could be wrong.

your 6p3p and EL34 kits are ready to be shipped in anti-bomb package now. shipper will pick up it this afternoon. Really huge boxes! We could make a lot of money if the boxes are microcontrollers😀
a image is more than 1000 words. look at the 3 large transformers on the case, not noticable bent even place all 3 on one position. The material are high quality aluminum alloy, not pure soft almunium.

I've restarted the Hexagon speaker project I walked away from a while back. That is keeping me busy until the boxes arrive. I'll probably have to set the amps aside for a while and study them before I begin on the smaller one. I have to get those 'diffraction lenses' put together before I can begin something else.
I'll let you know when they arrive.
As for the case, that's great they can support all that weight. From eyeballing the open case it looked like the case top was pretty thin.

Here is a suggestion or two. For some reason I believe dimensions are expressed in 'height X width X depth". At least in the US anyway. The use of 'length' can refer to any of the three different dimensions.
If you put 'H, W, and D' along with the numbers, everyone will know which is which, because it is oriented with relation to the front of the unit.
Also, in the US, we still use the traditional form of measurement, which is still in 'inches, feet, and miles', not the metric system. In the 70s we were going to officially convert, but the public raised such a stink that it was withdrawn. Perhaps some other time.
My suggestion would be to offer both metric and English measurement numbers, all together, beside the height, width, and depth.
I just went to one of the premier tube audio maker in the US, Cary Audio, and checked out how they post things. And here is one of their units, the SLP 03 Preamplifier. If you look at the bottom, you can see the dimensions in the English form.
And you don't even want to know what the units go for. They are Top Dollar, and as the saying goes, "If you have to ask the price, you generally can't afford it."
I think posting both measurements will go a long way to making the pages easier to understand.
