SMSL M8 USB, isolate pin power?

What do you think about isolate USB cable pìn (5V power) in order
to remove hi-freq noise ?. Could results damaged XMOS chip ?

If I'll isolate USB pin power in order to avoid High frecuency noise
could be damaged XMOS chip in a DAC with external power supply (ej: SMSL M8)?
