Possibly Fairchild NC7SZ00 2-IN NAND Gate?
- see package marking codes (does not indicate "B," however)
Product Folder - NC7SZ00 - TinyLogic UHS 2-Input NAND Gate, Fairchild Semiconductor - Global Leader in Power Optimization
Might be helpful to know what type of equipment it's installed in...

I think you're probably correct. This is in a class D amplifier. Pins 1 and 2 are tied together and driven by an opto-coupler. Pin 3 is on 'ground'. Pin 4 drives the input of a TC4420. Pin 5 is connected to a 5v power supply.
Can you tell me how you found it? I looked through every SMD codebook I could find and searched the manufacturers sites but came up blank. Even searching the Fairchild site for 7z00 or 7zoo doesn't return anything.

Have been designing discrete preamps/LFP filters with SOT-XX stuff, past few years...
- just got lucky this time, I guess.
- but I hear ya, 'tis a nightmare "decoding" SOT device ID's back to manufacturers lately.
Sounds like the right part from your description...
