Smart Frame-JPG player

I am not sure if this is the right place for this post, but I am looking to build a JPG player with composite output. I would like it to read CF type memory, but I am open to anything that's available. Kodak makes something called a Smart Frame with an integrated LCD, but I don't need the LCD, so why pay for it?

grab the cheapest laptop w/ composite out you can find.. a 486 will be able to decode Jpeg if your willing to wait a little, and once it's loaded into memory it will load right away.
