I have some SJEP120R100 that I like to put to use. Does anyone have an operating point that they'd like to recommend?
Any other devices that you prefer over the SJEP120R100?
TIA

At Burning Amp, Nelson suggested building a De-Lite with them.
Vgs should be in the neighborhood of 1.2v

20-30W Depending on Heat Sink. As much current as you can manage, ie; 1-2A. Of coarse it really depends on what your building???

Out of curiosity ... Do these have the same tendency as mosfets toward oscillation ? Hence nice fat gate stoppers are a must ?
I looked at the Semi South data sheets. The transfer characteristic curve of the SJEP120R100 is a gentle curve, much better than the IRF parts. It doesn't straighten out until very high currents. The transfer characteristic curve for the SJDP120R340 is much straigher at low currents around 1 amp however, the curves are plotted at a fixed drain to source voltage of 5V. The part may not be so linear in actual class A linear operation unless you cascode it.
