For my aleph-x, time to get my hands dirty....
I'd like to mount the mosfets (IRFP044) to the heatsink with the allen screws (tapped), like many of you guys do. What is the correct diameter size of the screws to do this? M2.5, M3, M5?

OK thx. Since you live in UK, do you know a good source of screws? I used to buy online at Stagonset.co.uk (cheap), but the site is not accessible anymore.

The devices are designed to take M3 screws.
As you used to buy from Stagonset I guess you wanted stainless? I recommend here for stainless now
