Simplistic & inexpensive ADC in the spirit of ODAC

Following the simplistic yet functionally and audibly pristine approach of NwAwGuy and YoYodyne's ODAC, is there something similar in ADC world? Something with class-compliant UAC1 (no drivers required), max. 96/24 stereo with respectable SNR, DR, THD+N, channel and frequency balance less than 0.1dB?
Two 1/4" TRS balanced mono inputs and +4dBu/-10dBV switch would be more than enough.
Possibly below $200.
