SI8244 / IRFB4019

Hey there,

I'm going to build a simple class D with SI8244 as driver and IRFB4019 half bridge. Max. +-60V.
As far as I can see, it should work without gate resistors..?

If i were you i´d use a small value resistor to soft the edge of positive going of vgs .This way you reduce emi.

Sure. You can go without gate resistors. But, a SMPS we designed failed EMI/RFI without 10 ohm gate resistors. Your choice.
