shunt line filter help

ok...i remember reading and seeing a schematic of a passive line filter with about 4-5 components.

i remember a 10uF cap, some 100K resistors, a 1uF cap etc...

problem is i do not remember where i saw it and i do not have the schematic.

anyone know what i am talking about or have seen this?
