Hey guys, nice to meet you all! My friends call me Mr. Samurai or "The Mad Scientist". Any way, I have a sharper-44 lcd display unit I got a hold of when a sm fuse blew in the monotor and a guy was going to toss it. I fixed that but a problem I have now is there is no wire hookups on the wires (bare wires). Does anyone know the wiring diagram the colors are grey, yellow, blue, red, green, orange, brown, purple, and black. I can not find a wire diagram any where and I know sharper well not help so I hope someon here can help. Thanks guys!

I may have some information for you on Thursday. A defective one is being replaced. It's not what I wanted them to do but hopefully this one is better than the one that I got before. I know that it had 2 video inputs it also came with a tiny remote.

Don't bother, the color is horrible! Reset your monitor to display in only 256 colors and look at what happens to your pictures. it is garbage! The replacement that was sent to me is just as bad as the one I returned, so this must be the way these are made not a defect. The internal configuration is not going to let you rebuild it for a projector without buying extentions. The workmanship is poor as well, scraps of foam rubber were used to space & align the lcd and backlight and done very poorly. I am going to return this one as well. If they do not refund my money this time as they were supposed to in the first place then...fill in the blanks. I'm not going to describe it other than it will be very unpleasant. Actually I think that the company I bought it from has no idea just how bad this thing is.
