Sharp Screen keeps turning off!!!

my Sharp screen keeps turning off and the projector continues, but the screen is off, I dont know why tho.

I dont think its overheating, because its fairly far away from the bulb, and when I feel it its not that hot.

I dont know whats wrong?

Help??

BDW will a QA-1150 Remote control work with a QA-1650????

But About the screent Thing, could it be caused by the fact that the glass on the back is removed?

Cause thats how I have it set- up??
