Seeking help identifying Sylvania date codes for 12SL7 tubes

I'm looking at some NOS JAN CHS 12SL7GT tubes from Sylvania, but I'm having a heck of a time tracking down information on the date codes. In both cases the seller claims "Late 1940's" but provides no other information.

Both are bottom-flashed, one has silver lettering and the text "SC 966 A" stacked vertically.

The other has green lettering and the text "H5"

Is this enough to be useful to anyone?
