Searching for low VGS medium power complementary mosfet

Since the famous 2Sk2013Y /2Sj313Y are obsolete and very difficult to find from confident source I am looking for alternate parts with similar vgsoff in the range of 1.8 to 2.5 Volts under to-220 package . The use is for a driver stage in an audio power amp.

Depending on your definition of medium power, Diodes (old Zetex parts) have a number of nice high voltage low VGS complementary mosfets, but they're in sot223 package, checkout the ZVN4424G/ZVP4424G and others.

Thanks for your suggestion. However, my pcb is already produced so I need an to-220 package and also because it needs to be on main heatsink (same as output device) for proper thermal tracking in this design. Also, the vgsoff needs to be higher than 1.8v which is not always the case for your suggested mosfet.
The power requirement is also about 1W.
