SE Output Transfromers Question

Hi,

I am thinking of starting a new project, maybe a DRD PX25 amp - with the TJ PX25's (at least at first, maybe migrate to NOS if I win the lottery!).

I am trying to figure out what output transformers to go with for the project and then work from there. Running the PX25 at around 62.5mA and then around 10mA for the driver I will need at least 75mA (and most likely a bit more) at around 5-5.5K primary impedance.

I was wondering if anyone had any comments about the follwoing types of output transformers:

AudioNote C core TRANS-320
Hashimoto H-30-5S
Lundahl
James 6123NT (Nickel core)
Automatic Electric - C core

Any thoughts on the transfomers/companies? Any other transformers that I should be considering?

Thanks,

Ian

I think you will find that these OPT's are too expensive for most people on this forum. You will probably read plenty about transformers that sell in the $20-$35 range, however.
