Does anyone have any information on Pass Labs preamp such as schematic? Does it use negative feedback? I saw a frequency capture of the XP-10 and the harmonic distortion is quite low which means some type of feedback was probably used.
If you visit the Pass Labs forum in the amplifier section, check the "Stickies" and you'll see some build guides and references to many of the products, preamps included. The XP-10, if not released to the community, won't be there. But there are lots of other designs to peruse. Also lots of articles at:

If its the X2 its available online where it states there is no feedback --plenty of zenner diodes though.
Some THD measurement of the XP-10. The XP-12 uses feedback (not sure about the XP-10 though probably since they are similar).

Your link states "in terms " that there is local feedback for the XP-10 but you haven't stated clearly which model it is you have --please do ?
