Yet another head to head.
My dealer insists that the scanspeak hds Tweeter D2608 is at the same league if not better than the satori Tweeter tw29r.
I was about to buy the satori but he told me about the hds and that it could make more sense to spend the extra coin to some better capacitors. (satori is about 70 euros more expensive)

Define 'better'. 😉
To a point it depends what you're doing with them and where your priorities lie. The 9130 is rolling off c. 2KHz, the Satori extends down to about 500Hz, giving the option of lower filter frequencies; it also has lower linear and non-linear distortion, taken generally. They're both excellent in outright terms & the 9130 unquestionably punches well above its price point & deserves to be considered in the same league. Personally, I'd still have the Satori though -I know it well, and the extra flexibility it gives in terms of response shaping etc. is something I value.

Yes I know, better is not the word to describe.
I will rephrase it, what Tweeter among those two, would you prefer, soundwise.?

I refer you to the above, where I said which one I prefer using, with my reasons. They're both good; for me the TW29R has an edge however in linear & non-linear distortion, and an extended LF range that allows lower XO frequencies for a given order.
The Scanspeak D2608 price is closer to the SB29RDC-4
If your design favors a robust dome tweeter with a low Fs, the www.audioexcite.com and Troels Gravensen websites have comparison measurements between the $54 SB29RDC-4 tweeter and the $134 Satori TW29R-4 tweeter. This diyaudio forum has similar comparisons and discussions.

If your design uses a crossover frequency above ~1,800Hz, a 26mm dome could have directivity control advantages over a 29mm dome. Study the directivity measurements and match them to your goals.
If your design requires a higher efficiency dome tweeter, the more expensive SATORI TW29RN-B has ~95 db SPL spec, and excellent reviews.

Both audio excite and troels have mention that the scanspeak hds Tweeter could at revelator/illuminator line and can compete with tweeters two/three times more expensive, so I believe satori is a better comparison than the 29rdc
