Hi Guys,
I have been meaning to join the Hifi community for some time, however due to financial constraints have never been able to get enough cash together to put together a complete system and have been relegated to the plastic fantastic lines of audio.(Logitech z-5500 and a creative x-fi xtreme music at the moment - yuk!). A friend of mine was nice enough to donate an Arcam P38 amp to me giving me my start, and then I managed to find a 1967 Dual 1019 in good condition for next to nothing. The next step, of course is a decent preamp and speakers, and I would preffer to build them myself, so my next undertaking will be to build a set of metronomes(though I can't decide what drivers to use....) and then a phono stage and passive volume control. Anyway I have been trawling these forums and gee they are a great help, that and a great way to get a crash course on DIY Audio!
Thanks for having me!
Derek

Thanks dave! You have some very informative posts which have been helpful when researching the mets. I have been strongly considering your FE126eN's for them, you do some very nice work! How is the FE126En2 going?

Have been shipping FE126eN^2 based on the new FE126En for some time. Batch 3 on the break-in bench, 1 pair of batch 2 left.
