S/PDIF Switcher internal wiring

Guys

I'm building an S/PDIF switcher with Twisted Pair's 4:1 Mux/Demux board and I'm wondering what wire to use for internal wiring between the board and the RCA connectors (±10cm each). Do I realy need coax for this or can I get away with something else?

The nicest solution is a short piece of RG179, but it's electrically so short you can get away with almost anything.
