Any plans for a RTA plug-in? It would be extremely handy to use along side the EQ and crossover functions.

Paul,
No RTA plug-in for now as we're not able to get the resolution we would be happy with... It's just not usable for loudspeaker equalization, so will need more work...
We're however in talks with the coders of REW software to make our respective interface talk to each other.. More to follow in few weeks when things actually take shape. You can find more info here:
MiniDSP - miniDSP kit can even talk! - MiniDSP

So you still don't have plan make some RTA utility to optimize configuration of plugins?
For example you in this utility select which plugin you will use, then you setup crossovers and uplad this to miniDSP.
Then you make mesaures with this utility and it create config file for plugin which you will use and you just upload this config to your miniDSP...
I think that we don't need real time mesauring in miniDSP... All processing can be done on PC and users upload only optimized config file to miniDSP...
Also there must be few additional options:
4-way stereo configuration(2xminiDSP)
...

Dejan,
nope, still no plans to make an RTA utility. There are loads of software already doing this very well and don't think that it would make much sense. Advanced plug-in (2way/4way) already provide the capability to input a measurement but ultimate will be partnering with a 3rd party software. Haven't been actively looking into it as we were too busy on other new products... Will maybe try in the future to look at it again.
