Does anybody know if the RE034 filament is TT?

I doubt it. Heizstrom 0,065A, all the TT tubes I'm familiar with draws amperes of filament current.

The 01a tube has a TT filament running at 5V 250mA. Still a lot more than the 4V 65mA of the Re034. You won't see that one glow brightly.
