Rockville DB15 or DB16 Scratched off ic chip?

Does anyone know what chip is being used in the Rockville DB15 or DB16?
It might be the IR2010 but im not sure. I got that from another post on here.

If the rail voltage is less than ±100v, the 2010 is a good candidate.
