Ok put all the parts back on the board..
Amp powers up and idles fine i have + - 15 volts on opamps..
Black probe on blue wire red probe on red wire i get 134 volts of rail..
Amp has no output at all..
Anyone have any ideas ?

Make sure your getting a square wave to the outputs. Check the gate drive transformers and the LM5110 drivers.

T1000 /2000 /3000 /4000 1BD use LM6172 if i'm not wrong.
Anyone know what opamp or ic goes in locations U306,U307 on he output board ?

How can you say that these transformers are defective?
what kind of tests you have done?
The transformer is defective someone pulled it from the board and pulled half the windings off and glued it back to the board ..

In fact it was weird! unless someone do not fire them, those transformers are hardly bad. And in this case, someone pulled them away by force (him on fire! Haha).
I'm sorry for your situation, but I do not know how to help you in this case.
