Amp powers up and plays clean audio..
Im getting + - 15 volts on opamps and also getting rail voltage..
When i try to increase the gain the amp will start squealing and draw excessive current about 60 amps ..
If i leave the gain all the way down the amp is fine as soon as i try to increase the gain thas when the amp starts squealing and drawing current..
Anyone have any ideas on where to start?

it's very common problem in this type of amp.
The gain potentiometer il likely defective!
