I just received a Rockford power series t1000-1bdcp and it has no power, doesn't draw any current. Don't see any protection lights at all. I do have 12.81vdc on the I/c and also on ps mosfets. So if anyone had a idea on what could possible be wrong with this amplifier, it would be much appreciated.

On that amp you can just hook up the ground and remote wire only, power the remote and check the power supply gate drive on the power supply fets. If you got drive on the fets, and you got power on the fets, you should be getting power out to the transformer (if it's not broken free) then out to the rectifiers. The fact that it draws no current at all tells me that its probably not developing power supply drive.
You need to start by looking at the voltage on the driver IC and the comparators on the driver board. You need to make/use a right-angle probe to be able to check voltage without removing the board.
Ok thanks I'll get that made up as there is no voltage on the gates. I'll take the voltages down and post them.

Pin 8 is preventing the IC from producing output.
Are you having trouble getting to the pins when measuring the voltage? Having the voltage on all pins of the LM339s would probably save some time.

It's the driver card that is angled right next to the power terminal and power supply capacitors.
Its something on the card. The amplifier works with a known good card. So I do know it's on the card.
On the main board, find the header pads that connect to the remote input and to ground. Make those connections to the defective card with jumpers to get the voltages on the 339s.
So here are the voltages of the 393's

Confirm that R108, 109 and 110 are within tolerance. Two are on the back of the board. One near the corner of U102 on the front of the board.
