(EDIT I see your picture now) Thank you2N6487 and 2N6490
Use the 2N6488 and 2N6491
I know the two outer ones are the 2N6487 (NET331) & 2N6491(NTE332) but the two inner ones are different on the board the P/N's are NTE378 & NTE377 do you know the original part numbers for those?
The originals are shown. There are only two outputs per channel. The inner transistors are drivers. Use the D44VH10 and D45VH10. The 88 and 91 may work for the drivers but I don't remember trying them in an amp. I didn't see many of these.

I picked it up from craiglist for $60 did not realize how old it was until I opened it up rare find first gen punch 150 and it had the bass & trouble knobs to and after repair still coming in under $100 for the amp. 😀 Thanks again for your help.
If it has the small bass/treble knobs that can be pushed through the cover, don't use them. If they get hit, the pots will get broken and are difficult to find.
i have one i got new in the 80s i am trying to fix never fixed an amp before any one have the wiring schematics.first gen fosgate 150
