Well, with that excursion it could be the speaker which is damaged. Did you swap the outputs for the front speakers to check if it's the amp?

Very hard to tell from that (an oscilloscope trace is much more informative), but you are getting amplification, so perhaps there is clipping in one direction due to damaged output device or driver - the other is still working which allows the music to be recognizable as music.
Can you swap preamp to power amp connections to proof if its the power amp or the preamp? And again swapping speakers is a quick check for damaged voicecoil or some speaker issue.

I’ve tried another speakers , another RCA cables , swapped front & rear Preamps .. all tests had the same result .. the front left channel only have this kind of distortion
Get a multimeter and disconnect everything from the amp besides power ground and remote .
Set the multimeter to Dc voltage and turn the amp on and put the red probe on the positive speaker terminal and the black on negative speaker terminal for the channel in question what is the reading on the meter ?
