Good day everyone, I need some assistance with my Rockford P1000X4D 4 Channel Amplifier. I am having two problems with this Amp. The first one is my fault and the second is the original problem.
First Problem:
The amp was just clipping so I open the amp to check and see what was the problem. I check the Power supply section and that worked fine, I was getting my square wave and rail voltages. However, I decided to see what was the part number of the input power Mosfets (Which was a pain to remove) and I took off the one highlighted in blue. I applied too much heat for to long and the Mosfet got damage. Now when I apply power to the unit that Mosfet get real hot and the unit will no power on. (stupid Me).
The funny thing is, I put back the Mosfet and forgot to take the part number.
Does anyone know the Part number or have a schematic for this Amp?
Second Problem(Which is the original Fault)
When the amp is powered on and an input signal is applied to the RCA's, all you get is a low boop, boop sound on the speakers. No i cannot go further on with the repair and trouble shooting since I damage the power Mosfet. So if anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I know I can just remove the four power Mosfet and check the part number but they are so hard to remove and I am afraid if I apply to mush heat again I run the risk of damaging the board and traces. So if I can get the part numbers for the Fets I can just replace them in one go.

Ok Guys, I removed the two Mosfets and got the par number. (IRF1324S-7P), one of them was bad so I ordered 4. However, I applied power and I am getting my square wave on one of the gate pin (Low Side Q12) and on the other gate (Hi Side Q13) I am not getting the square wave.
Also, it seems that the diode (D6) is missing for the drive signal of IC5 low side. All the other gate drive signal has diodes (D5, D7, D8). I removed the D5 to check the part number buy there is no part number on the diode. Is it a general-purpose Glass signal diode?
