RFI and shielding help needed

i solder the cap very short on pin 2 and 3 direct on the OP27
above the socket
it is a very small cap but i dont now if it is the right value
it is marked n 27
is this 270pf??

Yes, that's right Tube 300. N32 means 320pF etc... 100nF = 100,000 pF.

I'm looking for a way to remove and improve the PSU on this phonoclone. I have a hiss but I think it is quite normal for Opamps. Any filtering ideas for the bridge rectifer? Could I try placing 100uF some caps and/or bobbins? Anything to think of?
