EDIT: Never mind, I figured it out. When I use my phone for the sweep generator I get normal readings, but when the measurement mic and the speakers I'm measuring are plugged into the same computer, things go haywire. How do you get the mic to gather data, but not send signal back to the speakers? This is a problem, and the software is just measuring the signal direcly, so I need to separate the mic from the output.
