Does anyone know where I can get white reticulated foam suitable for making a speaker grill? The stuff used in pond filters appears suitable but I need it at least 450mm x 1100mm. It's for an IB subwoofer. Thanks.
You also have to consider the PPI which stands for pores per inch.
A foam with 10PPI will offer very little restriction to air flow whereas a 60PPI is sure to restrict the air flow.

Thanks for looking, where was that, I'm not in a hurry? An inch would be fine, I don't want it too thick.Thought I had found something, but it's out of stock! What thickness are you looking for?

PU Foam : Polyether and Polyester PU Foam
This UK supplier offers reticulated PU foams in various PPIs, but do they do white?

I wanted something self supporting but it may be simpler and cheaper to use cloth on a frame, thanks for looking anyway and the info.

Matt,
I still might have a package of sealed RS foam grills. Last time i saw it it still felt fine, but it is old…
