Response Curve for a Martin 115 bass bin

Martin 115 bass bin...

this is not going to be close to La Scala or Peavey FH-1 quality. Martin recommend a crossover point of 250Hz. PWK spent a lot of years working on the La Scala and it was like pulling a rabbit out of a tea cup, fair to say that it is a highly tweaked speaker cabinet.
I took a look but have not found any on line posted response curves but it was a two bin per stack minimum configuration with four per stack being more common (or more) so response curves could well be for two or four units as that's how they were sold in the day. I also wrote directly to Martin but have not received any response. You can make the mouth as large as you want via stacking or using wings but with these horns the length of the horn path is the killer as it is just not all that long so you can't make them go very deep. Will let you know if and when Martin respond. Best regards Moray James.
