Request for assistance - where can I buy Toshiba MOSFETs in US?

I'm thinking particularly of the 2SK1530 and 2SJ201, but there's some other ones like the 2SK2717, 2SK3565, etc. I have in mind for other projects, but only if I can buy 'em in quantities considerably smaller than 3000!

i know of an excellent source for drivers,mosfets etc...
try www.mcmelectronics.com,
they had the output ic's(drivers for my pioneer sx-780.
