Can this be done?
The disc mechanism/transport in my daughter's reference 100 micro system is dead. The unit is wonderfull sounding and I'd hate to toss it. The reciever portion is quite good and , well, I have a problem throwing stuff out.
There appears to be an typical computer style ribbon cable attached to it. Any ideas?
