What replacement reference would be good for amplifiers that use IRFB31N20D?
That reference is no longer manufactured.
It would be used in modelos of Soundstream, Boss Audio, etc...

It depends. Some may not have any easy way to adjust for the difference in substitutes. Some may not need any adjustment and some may need an adjustment of the constant current source.
Now I don't have photos of the board, but the specific model I'm repairing is a boss ph5000 and a lanzar vibe 3100d
Sometimes the board varies for a certain model but it looks like those use the driver board where the transistors Q124 and Q125 have a high failure rate on the vertical driver board. If that's what you have, an adjustment of the CCS by increasing the value of the resistor in the CCS will allow other FETs of the 31N20D type to be used if the alternatives run hot or cause excessive current draw. .
Possibly use 38n20d or 42n20d... I will have to adjust the CCS resistance value and I think it will be fine. greetings.
