Replacement outputs for Carver M400?

Can anyone suggest replacement output transistors (bi-polar T0-3) for the Carver M-400 "cube" amplifier? Current transistors are factory marked C2000, C3000, C4000, C5000. Output config is complimentary with 3 different voltage tiers (25, 50, 80 volts) powering 3 series connected transistors.

The original parts were MJ15015/15016, but these are on the edge both for current and voltage.

I recommend going to the M1.5T outputs, MJ15022/15023
