Replacement for KTA1715 and KTA1023

I am looking for a replacement for the KTA1715 and the KTA1023
both are working as driver for the power supply in different amps.

ok i will use the BD139/40 as replacement for the KTA1715



but the KTA1023 have thinner legs than the BD139/40.it is difficult to put them in.is there another replacement for the KTA1023?
