Replacement for 2SD1953

Hello, I am trying to repair an old Rotel amp(BX990) and I need an replacement for the 2sd1953. I have tried to search the web, but cant seem to find a replacement for this. Does anybody have an idea about what to use?

Something like BD675 from ON Semi should do just fine.

Hi Mattism, I have a rotel (RB985) and there is no bias on one channel so suspecting the SD1953 bias transistor. What was the issue with your amp and did the BD675 fix your amp?
