Try the Fairchild KSC1815/KSA1015 complementary pair, or the KSC1845/KSA992 if collector current is low enough.

Is this an original new design, where you can specify supply voltage and transistor operating point, or is this transistor going into an existing piece of equipment?

You should be able to find one of these in your country, mpsa18, bc337-40, 2sc2240.
