I have a Pioneer reciever that has gone bad. It uses 2sa1302 and 2sc3281. I really wanted to get a year or so more out of this reciever so I can wait to buy one that has Dolby TrueHD at a decent price.
I know they no longer make these but where can I get some good replacements for cheap. I need 4 of each.

1301 and 1303 can do
and a number of other
Now, those 2SA1302/2SC3281 are very good 'hi-fi' power transistors.
For example Ft = 30 MHz is not very easy to find ... I say difficult!
At same site you can search for 2sc3281 and equivalents
Have a search for MJ1302A / MJ3281A, too.
They are almost the same.

You can use 2SC5200 and 2SA1943, either the originals from Toshiba, not the Chinese fakes or the same numbers from Fujitsu.
if its only one
i can send you one original for free ...so you dont really have to change all just for one transistor ...
