I have a retail Pass Labs Aleph P that I recently purchased, but in the past week or so the volume buttons lost their 'springiness' and the volume down button stopped working. I took the back off the remote, but I couldn't see anything - and now nothing works on it. I tried replacing the batteries, no go.
Are there spares for these in the Pass Labs warehouse? Are they repairable? Too nice of a design to just toss in the dustbin.
I've read it uses a Philips RC-5 signal - can anyone suggest a small/simple controller if the original isn't fixable? I don't want a remote with 60 buttons if all I use is 2.
Thanks in advance!
