Help! I just bought a used Alpine processor from ebay, and two (of the most important buttons) on the wired remote work only intermittantly. Is there a way to resolder the connection, or do I need to throw a fit to the seller?

It's probably just dirty inside. Get yourself some Isopropyl Alcohol and clean it out really good.
